This set of 8 aluminum precision tools is designed for detailed work with clay, air-dry clays, and small sculptures in progress.
Each profile allows for fine intervention: drawing a clean line, lightly engraving, adjusting a volume, cleaning a contour, or correcting an edge without removing too much material.

INFORMATION
These tools are suitable for finishing touches on an already formed material: refining a groove, reshaping an edge, accentuating a line, cleaning a detail, or correcting a small irregularity.
Unlike broader removal tools, they are primarily used for localized intervention. They are useful when the general shape is already established and the work requires more control.
The result depends on the moisture of the material, the pressure applied, and the timing of the intervention. Clay that is too soft may deform; clay that is too dry may not mark as cleanly.

USE & MAINTENANCE
Intervene when the material begins to firm up, but is still workable. This state allows for tracing or correcting without flattening the volume.
Work with short, progressive strokes. For a clean line, it is better to go over it gently several times rather than forcing it on the first pass.
Clean the tools after use before the clay or paste dries in the profiles. Rinse if necessary, then dry thoroughly.
Store the tools in a dry place to preserve the sharpness of the tips, edges, and working profiles.
