You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or a refund.

Items must be:
– unused,
– in their original packaging,
– accompanied by proof of purchase.

If an item is defective or not as described, a photo or video will be required. After verification, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

For a simple change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not require returns to be sent back to our partners: each situation is handled individually, with attention and transparency.
