Set of 4 hollow sculpture tools – clay, ceramic and modeling
This set includes 4 hollow tools designed for hollowing out clay, removing material, and refining volumes during the various phases of sculpting, modeling, or ceramics.
The hollow metal heads allow for gradual clay removal, with better control over curves, depths, touch-up areas, and transitions between volumes.
Each tool has a different opening to switch from fine details to broader material removal. The wooden handles provide a stable grip during prolonged sessions.
INFORMATION
These tools are useful for hollowing out pieces, refining surfaces, creating depressions, lightening volumes, or cleaning hard-to-reach areas with a classic spatula.
Small diameters allow for detailed work, grooves, and precise touch-ups. Larger openings remove more material and are suitable for larger volumes.
The set is suitable for working with soft to slightly firm clay, depending on the desired removal level. Too wet clay may stick to the heads; too dry clay becomes harder to hollow out cleanly.

USE & CARE
Choose the opening according to the amount of material to be removed. Start with a smaller tool for sensitive areas, then switch to a larger diameter for hollowing out or lightening a larger volume.
Work in progressive passes, without forcing. This method allows for better control of depth, maintains regular curves, and avoids tearing off too much clay at once.
After use, remove clay residues from the metal heads, wipe the tools, and let the wooden handles air dry. Avoid prolonged soaking to preserve the wood.

Use each tool on clay that is still slightly soft. Material removal remains more even, transitions are cleaner, and volumes are corrected without abruptly tearing the surface.
