Ebony tea needle — Pu'er separation
A fine tool for opening compressed material.
Remove the leaves without breaking them.
Some tea cakes, particularly Pu'er, are pressed and compact.
The needle allows you to enter the edge and detach the leaves in small sections.
We don't cut.
Insert it, lift it slightly, and let the structure relax.
The gesture prepares the infusion even before the water is poured.

Pry gently.
