Create differently
Experimenting makes it possible to move beyond a familiar method and try another colour, a new surface or an effect not yet fully mastered. An ink can appear under UV light, a fluorescent pigment can alter a composition, a seal can create a unique imprint, or layering can completely transform a drawing.
The Experiment collection brings together invisible inks, fluorescent pigments, pearlescent paints, stamps, seals and engraving tools for drawing, painting, printmaking, paper-based work and experiments with texture, relief or light.
These materials can complement an existing practice or become the starting point for a new test. The result does not need to be known in advance: try it on a scrap of paper, observe the reaction, adjust the layers, then decide whether to keep the effect or begin again.
